Yes. In the order form, select the option “I want to receive an invoice” and provide your company details. The invoice will be sent by email.

The coloring books are available as PDF files for download and self-printing at home or a print shop.

Our designs are created mainly for adults and teenagers, but they can definitely be used together with children.

 No. You can download and listen to the meditations on any device — just use any music/audio player. No account or app is required.

You can choose an online session (Google Meet) or an in-person meeting in Warsaw. Home visits within Warsaw are also possible (for an extra fee).

 The first session lasts 90 minutes. Subsequent sessions last 60 minutes. An initial consultation (about 15–20 minutes) is free and non-binding — it’s for getting to know each other and setting your needs.

Yes. I offer packages of 3 or 6 sessions. They are available in the shop or you can inquire about availability by email.

The MBSR course is available in two formats:
– online (Google Meet)
– in-person in Warsaw (exact location provided upon registration)

The MBSR course is a deep program, so not everyone can join automatically. To enroll, you need to:
– fill out the application form (link on the product page),
– attend a 30-minute online qualifying interview.
This interview is not an “exam” but serves to:
– understand your intentions and expectations,
– jointly check if the course fits your needs and will support you properly,
– establish first contact and create a safe space from the start.

No. The course is also designed for beginners. Everything is explained and guided step by step — it’s a learning process, not a “mindfulness exam.”

Yes. After completing the course, you will receive a personalized certificate of participation (paper or electronic version).

The “Manage Stress Before Exams” workshop is held in person in Warsaw.

Yes. I accept group orders for workshops from schools and educational institutions. Pricing and details are arranged individually.

The program is aimed at youth aged 14–19 — including high school students, eighth graders, and those preparing for final exams, facing pressure from school or everyday emotional challenges.

 Workshops are available in two formats to choose from:
– intensive version: weekly meetings for 10 weeks,
– long-term version: monthly meetings for 10 months.
Each session lasts about 90 minutes and includes mindfulness practices, group discussions, breathing exercises, and stress management techniques. Classes are conducted in a safe and supportive atmosphere, respecting the diverse experiences and emotions of young people.
