 The course lasts 8 weeks. We meet once a week for a 2.5-hour group session (online or in person), plus one full Day of Mindfulness (approx. 7 hours).

Price: 1,500 PLN (includes all course materials, guided practice recordings, workbook, and certificate of completion).

 This course is for anyone who wants to live more consciously, manage stress effectively, and better understand themselves.

No previous experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed – the course is fully accessible to beginners.

It can be especially supportive for individuals with ADHD, high sensitivity, or emotional tension. The course is delivered with care, presence, and a non-judgmental approach.

With your registration, you’ll receive a workbook for personal reflection and full access to guided meditation recordings.

Upon completing the course, each participant receives a personalized certificate of participation in the MBSR program.

This certificate is recognized by respected mindfulness institutions, including the Polish Mindfulness Institute, and may be required if you choose to pursue further training or teacher certification.

Course Overview

 MBSR is a science-based, secular stress reduction program rooted in mindfulness. Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, it has helped people around the world reconnect with calm, balance, and themselves for over 40 years. This isn’t a quick fix – it’s a process. Over eight weeks, you’ll learn how to observe your thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with greater awareness and compassion. 

Daily practice (approx. 45 minutes per day) is an essential part of the course – your investment in lasting change. If you’re ready to pause, feel, and learn to live with more presence –  this course is for you.
