
Duration & Pricing
The first session lasts 90 minutes; each following session is 60 minutes. The number of meetings is tailored to your individual needs – sometimes 3 are enough, other times 5 may be more supportive.

Mindfulness Life Coaching is for adults seeking a calm, empathetic space for reflection, growth, and deeper connection with themselves. It’s a time to pause, understand your needs more clearly, and access your inner resources to make intentional, values-aligned decisions. I’ll accompany you with full presence – free of judgment, with genuine curiosity and deep respect for your path.
What to expect
Our first session (90 minutes) is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll explore what’s meaningful to you, your current needs, and the direction you’d like to take. We’ll set intentions and clarify the areas you want to work with. Follow-up sessions (60 minutes) are designed to support your exploration – deepening insights and helping you navigate challenges with mindfulness, clarity, and compassion, at your own pace.
